Terms and Conditions

2. Nature of the service

DietSupport is not a medical, dietetic or psychotherapy service. It provides lifestyle and mental health support to adults dealing with everyday, motivational and social aspects of following a special diet. See the Legal Notice.

3. Application and screening

Submitting the application form does not create a booking or payment obligation. After a short review, DietSupport may offer a 50-minute consultation or a free approximately 15-minute introductory call.

4. Formation of the paid consultation

The contract for a paid consultation is formed when the client books a specific appointment using the booking link provided and receives electronic confirmation.

5. Fee and payment after the consultation

The fee is HUF 19,000 / 50 minutes. The fee is payable after the consultation has taken place. Payment instructions are sent after the session.

6. Online consultation

The consultation takes place online via Doxy.me. The booking confirmation contains the access link.

7. Changes and cancellations

Appointments may be changed or cancelled through the Google Calendar confirmation or by email. DietSupport currently does not charge a separate cancellation or no-show fee.

8. 14-day consumer cancellation right

For distance service contracts, consumers have the statutory 14-day cancellation right under applicable consumer law. If performance is requested within that period, an express request is required; after full performance, the right ends under the conditions laid down by law.

9. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to hs.dietsupport@gmail.com. Hungarian consumer dispute-resolution rules and competent conciliation bodies apply where relevant.

10. Privacy

Personal data are handled under the Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

Hungarian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply to the client.
